Are There Ghosts In The Old Meeting House?

On Saturday evening, the Silent Voices Paranormal team investigated the Old Meeting House for signs of ghostly activity. Lynnfield Patch was there the entire time to check it out and took plenty of photos.

On Saturday night, a team of paranormal investigators from Southern New England drove up to Lynnfield to check out the 1714 Old Meeting House for signs of ghostly activity. After all, the Bow Ridge area was settled by some of the earliest European colonials and at the time was inhabitated by the Pawtucket Indians and other tribes. Granted, these light effects come up pretty routinely in photography, both indoors and outdoors - and usually bugs and dust are to blame, reported the investigators Saturday night. But no matter where you stand on stuff like this, this particular one, blown up, is pretty unique. Just for context, the original, un-zoomed photo, is also here …

Another is Col Buck's grave in Bucksport, Maine. He was a Revolutionary war British general who burned a witch at the stake. Since he died, an imprint of a leg/foot is on his headstone from a curse the witch put on him. The headstone has been replace multiple time, image still keeps coming back. Not far away is the Lynn woods story about the pirates ghosts. Next time you're up there, I might want…   more ›
