While I am not exactly the target demographic, I did see a lot that I liked when touring the newest 55+ housing options at Windsor Estates. Windsor Estates is a 55+ gated community with "lavish detail, superior craftsmanship and expected luxuries." It's 44 units built in two distinct styles claim "unmatched construction, style and ambiance."
