How Friday's high school girls' basketball matchup between Lynnfield and North Reading went depends largely on whether one wants to look at it with the glass half full or a glass half empty. For optimists, Lynnfield's 39-27 defeat was still a defensive masterpiece while pessimists will just look at the multitude of missed shots on both sides.
