Studio Poise offers group exercise, fitness classes, boot camp, and choreography. Training is always tailored to the individual's goals and focuses either on Pilates, TRX suspension training, or cardio/weight training. Dance fitness classes are also provided.The studio is headed by Danielle Roback.
