Leafy Greens Wednesday, Cocktails Thursday

A look at what's coming up in and around Lynnfield.

Today is Monday, October 7. Here are five things worth knowing today.

This Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 3 p.m., Lynnfield nutritionist and cookbook author Anna Tourkakis will give a talk to the library’s Curious About Cuisine group entitled “Eat Those Leafy Greens!” focusing on how to make healthy greens a daily part of your diet.

A Note From Kerry DiPietro: Thursday October 10 there will be a “Cocktails and Conversation” night at Davio’s Marketstreet starting at 7:30pm.  This is a chance for ladies to come together to converse and relax in the bar area of this beautiful new venue.  Davio’s has graciously offered to donate a portion of the evening’s proceeds to the Lynnfield Athletic Association and Lynnfield High School.  All are welcome.  Any questions please contact Kerry DiPietro at kerrydip@gmail.com.
