Honeybee Talk, Teen Trivia and New Book Club On This Week's Calendar

A look at what's coming up in and around Lynnfield.

Today is Monday, January 13. Here are five things worth knowing today.

On Wednesday, January 15 from 7 to 9 p.m., the Grove Boutique and Café at MarketStreet Lynnfield holds its first book club meeting. The group will meet on the third Wednesday of each month. Contact info and more is available at this link.  

On Saturday, January 18 at 8 p.m., Betty’s Bounce, playing music in the style of Django Reinhardt, plays at Temple Emmanuel, 120 Chestnut Street in Wakefield. Tickets at the door $15 for adults, $10 for under 13.

On Monday at 2:30 p.m., the Lynnfield Library holds Teen Trivia for ages 12-18. With Chinese New Year coming up, the theme is the Chinese and the Western Zodiac.

From The Lynnfield Senior Center: Come and. learn about the fascinating world of honeybees, how they navigate, communicate and produce honey. Thursday, January 16th at 10am. Free. Please sign up. Lunch is served at 11:30 for $2.00/$3.00. You must sign up for lunch by noon the day before.
