This year’s Tenth Anniversary Rememberance will be a unique opportunity to rekindle that spirit of humanity and patriotism. As a national community we will honor the sacrifice of those who were lost and pay tribute to those who answered the call to serve in response to the tragedy of 9-11.

In addition to helping Lynnfield’s 9-11 Committee, Curtis has a goal of providing 100 pairs of “non-elastic” white socks for the 450 veterans that live at the Chelsea Soldier’s Home.

“Every community is home to a veteran. Some bravely served during World War II, many have defended our freedoms in the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, and countless others have demonstrated courage and leadership in historic wars around the world” said Craffey.
