Who in Lynnfield is Running the Boston Marathon on Monday?
At least sixteen Lynnfielders are expecting to run in the Boston Marathon this Monday.
This Monday at 9:30 a.m., runners from all over the world will leave from Hopkinton and begin their 26-plus mile journey into Boston.
A couple of Lynnfielders, including Tracy Ellsworth and Janice Corkhum, are running to raise money for Boston Children's Hospital. Town resident Michael DiSilvio, 50, has also indicated that he plans to run the Marathon for the fifth time this year, to help raise money for the American Cancer Society.
