'Sport Science' Says Gronk Could Have Caught That Pass

The Patriots lost a heartbreaker Monday when officials ruled it was okay for a Panther defender to bear-hug the New England receiver in the end zone.

You know the pass we're talking about. On the last play of the Patriots' game Monday night, officials flagged the Panthers for pass interference in the end zone.

But they quickly picked up the flag, saying the throw from quarterback Tom Brady wasn't catchable by tight end Rob Gronkowski. Game over. Pats lose.

The ESPN show "Sport Science" analyzed the play. The original video has been taken down, but you can see text of their analysis here
