LHS Cheerleaders Hold Fundraiser

The following is an announcement from LHS Cheerleading:

For two days in August, the LHS gym was filled with the sights and sounds of  60 Lynnfield girls between the ages of 7-14 , cheering, tumbling and stunting in a Cheer Camp co-sponsored by the Lynnfield High School Cheerleaders and the Lynnfield Youth Cheerleaders.

Designed as a fundraiser to ready Youth Cheerleaders for the rigors of the upcoming season while raising funds for upcoming cheering competitions, the high school squad turned out in full force to instruct and encourage campers to take their skills to the next level.

Embellished by the girls and their dedicated parents, Lynnfield Youth Cheerleaders did a brisk sale of "Fancy Flops" as well as Lynnfield Cheering tee shirts.  "Fancy Flops" may be purchased for $15 a pair and the tee shirt may be purchased for $10 by contacting Kerrianne Allain at 781-477-4942.

On behalf of the Lynnfield Varsity Cheer Team, co-captains Zoe DeGeorge and Stephanie Grimaldi would like to thank all the girls who participated, their coaches, Kerrianne Allain and all the other parents who generously gave their time and efforts to help make cheer camp a success.  They also would like to extend their support and best wishes to the Lynnfield Youth Cheerleaders for a winning fall season.
