Recycle Your Old Electronics This Saturday

Proceeds to help Destination Imagination students travel to championships in Knoxville.

Lynnfield residents can dispose of old electronic items on Saturday while helping to send local students to the Destination Imagination world championships in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The recycling day takes place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at St. Paul's Church on 127 Summer Street in Lynnfield.

Items can be dropped off at various costs. For example, it will cost $20-25 to dispose of a television, and $20 for stove, washer, dryer or refrigerator. Air conditioners, computer monitors, CPUs and laptops will cost $15 dispose of, while smaller items, including printers, DVD players and microwave ovens will cost $10. Individuals can also get rid of old cell phones for $5.

The material will be gathered by CRT Recycling and assistance will be available when unloading items.
