Pie Sale To Benefit LHS Pioneer Band

The following is an announcement from the Lynnfield High School Band Boosters:

The return of an annual favorite!  Wilson Farms located in Lexington offers exceptional quality baked goods.  Now you can order pies for the upcoming holidays and save yourself some time and preparation or just be ready for unexpected guests.  All pies arrive frozen so they are ready to bake or ‘thaw & serve’ when you are, so your family and friends will never suspect you didn’t start from scratch.  Single pies just $13 or  2 for $25 – choose from   Apple Hi-Pie,  Apple Cranberry Hi-Pie, Apple Raspberry Hi-Pie, Blueberry Hi-Pie, Boston Cream (thaw), Chocolate Cream (thaw), Lemon Meringue (thaw), Mince, Pumpkin (thaw), Red Raspberry, Southern Pecan (thaw), or Strawberry Rhubarb.

All pies must be pre-ordered by November 10, 2011 and will be available for pickup at Lynnfield High School Cafeteria on Tuesday, Nov. 22, from 4 to 7 pm.  Pies not picked up by 7 pm will be donated to charity.  Order forms can be downloaded at www.lynnfield.k12.ma.us/westmoreland or picked up at the Lynnfield High School, Lynnfield Public Library, through any Band Booster or call Sandi Watson at 781-334-7032.  Orders can be returned to any LHS Band Booster or by mail (before Nov. 10): Thomas Westmoreland, Lynnfield High School, Essex St., Lynnfield, MA 01940.  Make checks payable to LHS Band Boosters.   

Help support music in our schools!  Proceeds benefit the music program at the Lynnfield High School for items not covered by the school budget, such as music equipment purchase, maintenance and repair or new learning programs.  Studying music encourages self-discipline and diligence, traits that carry over into intellectual pursuits and lead to effective study and work habits!
