School district had annual photo opportunity with its newest teachers on Thursday.
On Thursday, the newest teachers in the Lynnfield School District were at the middle school preparing for the coming year and getting a photograph or two with some local media types.
These photos show the new teachers by their respective schools in town. And below is a list of the new teachers and a bit about their background, as provided by the Lynnfield School District:

John Davison - Grade 1

Masters in Elem. Teaching – Simmons College
Has been in Lynnfield for 3 years: 2 yrs. as
paraprofessional and 1 yr. as a student teacher
Lindsay Driscoll - Grade 3
Masters in Elem. Education – Lesley University
Had previously been in Lynnfield for 3 yrs.:
2 yrs. as Grade 3 teacher and I yr. as a paraprofessional
Molly Tremblay - SPED
Masters in Moderate Special Education (Prek-8) – Simmons College
Has been at the John D. Runkle School in Brookline for the last 2 yrs.
in various capacities such as; inclusion support for ASD/PDD programs, teacher assistant in after school social skills group and inclusion support in the ASD/PDD program.

She as been an art teacher at the Driscoll School in Brookline for 6 years and most recently worked at the Newtowne School in Cambridge as the resident artist
Katie Kerrigan - SPED
Masters in Developmental Disabilities – University of Rochester, NY
For 5 yrs. She was a Special Education/Basic Skills Teacher at the Thorpe Elementary School in Danvers. Last year she was a Language-Based Classroom Teacher a the Willard Elementary School in Concord

She has predominately worked at the New England Aquarium for 7 yrs.
as the Supervisor of Overnight programs, On-Site program manager and as an educator for elementary grades on Marine Science
