LMS Student Headed To Regional Spelling Bee

Romano to represent Lynnfield Middle School at Daily Item's Annual Regional Spelling Bee March 16th in Lynn.

 

 

seventh grader Christa Romano was the winner of this year’s school’s annual spelling bee which was held on Monday, February 27. The bee’s runner-up was sixth grade student Max Oliveira.

Both Christa and Max competed with other fellow classmates from grades five through eight with Mrs. Piccinni, a seventh grade English teacher, as the bee’s coordinator. Christa will represent Lynnfield Middle School at the Daily Item Annual Regional Spelling Bee, sponsored by The Daily Item on Friday, March 16, 2012, at the Breed Middle School in Lynn at 6:00 p.m.  Everyone is welcome to cheer Christa on. If Christa wins the Regional Spelling Bee, she will advance to the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington D.C. Good luck, Christa!
