LBC Seeks Help For Popular Shadowing Program

Each year, Lynnfield High School students get a look at future career options with help from the Lynnfield Business Coalition and area businesses.

The Lynnfield Business Coalition (LBC) is again offering its annual Job Shadowing Career Day program to Lynnfield High School Juniors on Tuesday, May 22 and Wednesday May 23, 2012. Students participating in the program are matched with professionals to gain real-world exposure to their career fields of interest, ranging from law, criminal justice, and international affairs to architecture, dentistry, and fashion design.

Each year, the LBC matches as many as 100 students with area professionals. To be able to closely match students’ interests, program organizers are seeking the help of the community. Residents who are willing to host a student for a day and would like to have their name added to the LBC database are asked to contact [who by phone] or by email at shadow@lbchome.org.
