Integrated Preschool Info Night Is March 1

Lynnfield’s Integrated Preschool Program will host an information night including an overview of the Preschool program and registration on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the , located at 525 Salem Street.  This program is available to all preschool age children (2.9 yrs. old on or before September 1, 2012).  Parents are urged to come and learn about our program.

Lynnfield’s Integrated Preschool Program offers a language based, multi-sensory approach to academic and social readiness skills. Speech and language, occupational and physical therapy activities are embedded into classrooms and are available for individual and small group therapy as determined by students’ individualized education programs. Lynnfield’s Integrated Preschool Program has a curriculum aligned with the Massachusetts State Frameworks with play as an essential vehicle for learning. Students participate in hands on learning opportunities to develop social, behavioral and academic skills necessary for kindergarten readiness.

Lynnfield Preschool offers morning and afternoon sessions.  The morning program has 2, 3, and 5 day classes.  The afternoon program has 2, 3 and 4 day classes.  Registration for September 2012 will begin at the open house.  Many students are returning to the program, so spaces are limited.  Open slots will be filled by random selection.  Call the Special Services Office with any questions at 781-581-5140.
