Recent legislation passed in Massachusetts directly impacts ALL special education families.  Our speakers will specifically address the anti-bullying and ARICA (autism insurance reform) legislation.

Sen. Clark and Rep. Jones will focus on the anti-bullying law and its intent.  They will also answer questions with regard to the state of special education in the Commonwealth. Judith Ursitti and Amy Weinstock will focus on the autism insurance reform law that went into effect January 1.  Most families are not aware of what services are covered and the eligibility requirements.
