Curious about Cuisine Cooks Mushrooms!

Curious about Cuisine, a library series devoted to exploring all things culinary, meets on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 on the library mezzanine for “Mushrooms: Not Your Average Toadstool.” We’ll discuss the good mushrooms and the not-so-good ones. You’ll find out where they grow, the varieties, how to store and cook them and enjoy some samples. As always bring your favorite recipes, a friend or two and your curiosity!
