Annual LMS Gift Drive Now Underway
Community donations are welcome for the annual LMS gift drive to help local families in need.
The following is an announcement from Lynnfield Middle School:
For the seventh year, The Lynnfield Middle School community will be supplying holiday gifts to approximately 20 “very needy” families in the local area. Children and their special holiday wishes are the main focus of these families. Gift drive coordinators receive a list of family needs and wishes from Department of Children and Families (DCF). Classrooms and/or grade level teams are assigned their “own” families to support.
Community donations are very much appreciated and can be dropped off at the LMS school office (attention: Susan Owens).
Supermarket gift cards, stocking stuffers, AND stockings are much appreciated! The drive starts the week following Thanksgiving with an informational assembly for each grade level on Monday, November 26th, and ends on December 13th with a school wide wrapping party!
