Lynnfield Home Sales On Pace With Last Year

New data from the Warren Group finds Lynnfield home sales looking similar to where they were at this time last year. The company reported that eight homes sold in Lynnfleld during the month of October – The same number that sold in 2012.

Year to date, 107 home sales were recorded at the end of October 2013. For that period in 2012, there were 103 sales on record, a difference of just under 4 percent.

One area that has seen an upswing is median sale price, which was 20% higher at the end of October, 2013 than it was in 2012 - $509,000, compared to $423,000.
