Town Ballot Preview: Lynnfield Votes Monday, April 11

Seven uncontested races featured on 2011 town ballot.

On Monday, April 11, polls at Lynnfield High School will open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. for the town election.

While a number of crucial budget decisions remain to be made at the April 25 town meeting, the election will be a quieter matter, with seven candidates up for election - none of them facing competition.

A look at the town ballot shows the following candidates for office in Lynnfield's 2011 election:

Al Merritt: Board of Selectmen, three-year term.
Bonnie Celi, Board of Assessors, three-year term.
Robert Calamari, Library Trustees, three-year term.
David Miller, Town Moderator, one-year term.
Richard Dalton, Planning Board, five-year term
Charles Wills, Planning Board, running for unexpired three-year term
James Fagan, School Committee, three-year term.
