Recruitment Campaign Underway For Entry-Level Civil Service

House Minority Leader Bradley H. Jones, Jr. today announced that a recruitment campaign is currently under way for the upcoming entry-level Civil Service Examination for Police Officer, Municipal Service and MBTA.

The Human Resources Division will hold an entry-level Civil Service Examination on April 30, 2011.  In addition to passing the written examination, all candidates must also pass a medical and physical ability examination prior to appointment. 

The written examination will be held on April 30, 2011 at various sites across the state and will be announced at a later date

Applications must be received by March 15, 2011 and no applications will be accepted after April 1, 2011.
