Lynnfield DPW: Leaf Recycling Center Staying Open Until Dec. 15

Lack of snow allows recycling facility to extend availability.

Since the winter season has not resulted in any snow, the Lynnfield Department of Public Works has decided to extend the availability for residents to use the leaf recycling center until Wednesday, December 15th.

The center will only be open on the following four dates:

SATURDAY- December 4th  7:30 am-3:00pm

WEDNESDAY- December 8th 7:3 0am-3:00pm

SATURDAY- December 11th 7:30 am-3:00pm

WEDNESDAY- December 15th  7:30am-3:00pm

Please note that the recycling center will NOT be open on Sundays for the remainder of the season and will close at the end of business on December 15th unless snow occurs before then at which time the center will close permanently for the season.

Residents are reminded that they need to have a valid recycling sticker (currently turquoise in color) in order to use the facility.
