LHS Cancels School Thursday and Friday
Storm could dump a foot of snow and bring harsh winds and chill to region.
With a winter storm warning in effect for the region until late Friday morning, Lynnfield is among the local school district to cancel school for Thursday, as well as Friday.
Lynnfield Patch will provide updates during the storm. National Weather Service forecasts call for about 8 to 12 inches of snow on the North Shore. Along with snow, Friday temperatures are expected to be in the teens with a bad wind chill.
