The 2011-2012 Legislative Ratings conducted by the CLT rates legislators on direct and indirect taxpayer issues for which there were roll call votes.

In the recently released scorecard, House lawmakers earned good grades for voting in favor of rolling back the state income tax rate and sales tax rate to 5%, and for freezing Unemployment Insurance tax rates. The CLT Legislative Ratings Report also favorably viewed legislation which required the State Auditor to account for every state-funded credit card and make MBTA pensions available on a public website.
