'Blizzard' Dumped 2.5 Inches On Lynnfield
Town's snowfall total for the season is now 41.5 inches.
Tuesday night's snowstorm started off with forecasters calling for 8 to 10 inches to fall locally. Things didn't quite work that way around here. Instead, the Lynnfield DPW reports on its website that the overnight snowstorm only dropped 2.5 inches of snow in town.
This brings Lynnfield's total for the year up to 41.5 inches - and it's still relatively early in the winter compared to where we've been in some recent snowy years.
