Winter Weather Caused Numerous Accidents, Couple Of Neighbor Disputes

On Monday, January 10, police conducted various building checks overnight and into the morning.
At 11:18 a.m, a larceny report came in from Ramsdell Way.
Between 7:25 a.m. and 12:17 p.m., police responded to three alarm activations.
At 12:24 p.m., police assisted with a civil complaint.
At 2:51 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Salem Street.
At 3:45 p.m., a town resident reported that their child was not at home. Child turned out to be at CCD class.
At 4:30 p.m., police took a walk-in larceny report.
At 5:54 p.m., Lynnfield police and fire units responded to reports of a girl stuck in the elevator at LHS.
At 6:09 p.m., a Cortland Lane resident requested an officer, saying a repo man was there. The matter turned out to be a misunderstanding.
At 8 p.m., a citizen walked in to inform police they had recovered a stolen Bobcat vehicle.

On Tuesday, January 11, police conducted various building checks in town.
At 8:23 a.m., police responded to an accidental alarm activation on Salem Street.
At 9:30 a.m., a citizen reported that hypodermic needles were found on the sidewalk on Summer Street.
At 10:21 a.m., police and fire units responded to a report of black smoke coming from the chimney at a Summer Street residence.
At 11:06 a.m.,a burglar alarm and open garage door were investigated on Summer Street.
At 12:45 p.m., a resident of Pillings Pond Road provided a walk-in larceny report.
At 6 p.m., police assisted with a disabled auto on Walnut Street.
At 6:31 p.m., police arrested Diane Cummings, 53, of Malden on an out-of-town warrant.
At 7:02 p.m., police investigated a burglar alarm on Grey Lane. The house was deemed secure.
At 7:18 p.m., police took a report of a burning plastic smell in the wall from a Canterbury Road resident. The fire department handled the situation.
At 11:30 p.m., a motor vehicle accident occurred on Lil's Way.

On Wednesday, January 12, police performed various house and building checks.
At 4 a.m., an alarm activation occurred at Huckleberry Hill School.
At 4:54 a.m., an alarm activation occurred on South Broadway.
At 6:31 a.m., police took a report of wires down near Edgemere Road.
At 7:11 a.m., police took a report of a power outage from Essex Street. Reading Light was notified.
At 7:39 a.m, wires down were reported on Yorkshire Drive. Police notified Verizon.
At 9:21 a.m., the alarm activated again at Huckleberry Hill School. Building was found to be secure.
At 2:11 p.m., police responded to a neighbor dispute on Main Street.
At 3:53 p.m., police took a wires down report on Willis Lane.
At 4:25 p.m., police received a wires down report from Bourque Road and notified the cable company.
At 5:13 p.m., police assisted a motorist on Salem Street.
At 6:20 p.m., police took a report from the Lynnfield House of Pizza involving an apparently intoxicated woman who had come in asking for assistance opening a bottle of wine. Area search was negative.
At 8:12 p.m., police investigated a report of tree limbs landing on wires at a vacant house on Salem Street.
At 11:17 p.m., police received a trespassing complaint from Summer Street.

On Thursday, January 13, police performed various building checks in town.
At 7:58 a.m., police assisted with a disabled auto on Horseshoe Drive.
At 9:56 a.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Summer Street.
At 10:45 a.m., a motor vehicle accident was reported on Olde Towne Road. Area search was negative.
At 12:16 p.m., a motor vehicle accident was reported on Lowell Street.
At 1:13 p.m., police took a report of debris in the road on Lowell Street.
At 2:46 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Salem Street.
At 3:05 p.m., a debris in the road complaint was received from the area near Lynnfield High School. Area search was negative.
At 4:05 p.m., police took a walk-in larceny report from Braintree Rehab on Salem Street.
At 4:18 p.m., police assisted with a disabled auto on North Broadway.
At 4:55 p.m., a motor vehicle accident occurred on Salem Street.
At 5:16 p.m., a motor vehicle accident was reported at Boston Sports Club.
At 7:40 p.m., a suspicious auto report was received from Center Court. It turned out to be a driving school class.

On Friday, January 14 at 8:56 a.m., a motor vehicle accident occurred on Walnut Street.
Police conducted various building checks.
At 1:46 p.m., an Ivanhoe Drive resident reported wires down.
At 5:05 p.m., police responded to a neighbor dispute on Salem Street. A resident was complaining that a plow was pushing snow onto her property. The situation was defused.
At 5:50 p.m., a caller reported that a Bobcat was parked in a hazardous manner on Salem Street.
At 6:40 p.m., police took a walk-in fraud report.

On Saturday, January 15, police conducted various building checks in town.
At 10:18 a.m., police responded to an alarm activation on Needham Road.

On Sunday, January 16, police performed various building checks in town.
At 2:10 a.m, a Perry Ave. resident reported a carbon monoxide alarm activation.
At 9:54 a.m., police responded to a civil complaint on Driftwood Lane where a resident stated that a neighbor had plowed snow onto her driveway.
At 10:40 a.m., police assisted with a dwelling lockout on Ross Drive.
At 11:32 a.m., police responded to an alarm at the Sagamore Spring Golf Club. Area was found to be secure.
At 2:28 p.m., a domestic disturbance was reported at Bali Hai. Peace was restored.
At 5:17 p.m., a suspicious auto was reported on Powder Hill Road. A neighbor turned out to be having a house party.
At 5:25 p.m., a motor vehicle accident occurred on Salem Street.
At 6:07 p.m., a Saunders Road resident reported vehicles parked on both sides of the road. Police determined that they were parked there legally.
At 9:35 p.m., a domestic disturbance was reported on Bishop's Lane.
At 11:43 p.m., a motor vehicle fire was reported on Route 128 North. The Wakefield Fire Department responded.
