Week Starts With Accident and an Arrest

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Monday, March 25th and Tuesday, March 26th.

On Monday, March 25th at 10:02 a.m. a man reportedly threw out his back at an auto dealership on Broadway.
At 3:23 p.m. police and rescue personnel responded to a report of a two-car accident on Main Street. Two individuals, one from each car, were transported to area hospitals.
At 4:46 p.m. police responded to a report of a disturbance on Parsons Ave. They arrested Michael P. Costin, Jr., 24, and charged him with assault-domestic violence, assault and battery-domestic violence, and possession of a class B drug.
At 3:55 p.m. police took a walk-in fraud report.

On Tuesday, March 26th at 8:20 a.m. a suspicious person was reported walking around near the Summer Street School. He was gone on arrival.
At 4:49 p.m. a dirt bike was reported in the road on Robin Road.
At 5:26 p.m. an accident was reported on Broadway.
At 7:30 p.m. a car was reported parked on Edgehill Road with its lights flashing for several hours. The owners agreed to shut them off.
