Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Monday, April 22nd and Tuesday, April 23rd.
On Monday, April 22 at 8:48 a.m. a suspicious auto was reported at Huckleberry Hill School.
At 11:25 a.m. a minor accident occurred on Walnut Street.
At 3:25 p.m. police arrested Michael R. DiPietro, 25, 4-6 Harvey Park, Lynnfield, and charged him on an out of town warrant.
At 6:12 p.m. police were informed that some youths in a car on Salem Street were throwing fireworks out the windows.
At 9:12 p.m. the operator of a truck was cited near Sparhawk Lane for operating on a restricted way.
On Tuesday, April 23rd at 3:04 a.m. a caller reported that somebody was yelling on Wildewood Drive.
At 9:55 a.m. an accident was reported at the Ninety-Nine Restaurant parking lot.
At 1:34 p.m. a suspicious individual was reported going door to door on Partridge Lane. Police advised him to get a solicitor's permit with the town.
At 7 p.m. police issued a summons to a 27 year old Stoneham man for breaking and entering in the daytime for felony, following the investigation of a prior incident.
At 10:36 p.m. an accident was reported on Summer Street.
