Strange Grass On The Lawn Was Only Tobacco

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Wednesday, December 26th and Thursday, December 27th.

On Wednesday, Dec. 26 at 12:43 a.m., a Ramsdell Way resident reported that people were shooting off fireworks on her lawn.
At 11:59 a.m., police provided a lift assist to a town resident.
At 4 p.m., a caller reported some illegal hunters were parked at the end of Olde Towne Road.
At 7:53 p.m., a large box was reported in the road on Summer Street.

On Thursday, Dec. 27 at 11:56 a.m., police responded to a domestic argument at Harvey Park.
At 12:36 p.m., a Richards Road resident reported finding possible marijuana in her yard. Further investigation determined it to be tobacco.
At 1:54 p.m., a tree in the road was reported on Main Street.
At 2:43 p.m., a tree was reported resting on wires near Locust Street.
At 10:59 p.m., a woman reported that the phone had gone dead while she was speaking with her middle school-aged son, and that he had not called back. All was found to be in order.
