Second Car In A Week Stolen In Lynnfield

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Monday, January 14th and Tuesday, January 15th, 2013.
On Monday, January 14th at 8 a.m., an officer issued a warning to an erratic operator near Walnut and Salem streets.
At 11:19 a.m. police assisted with a SWAT call in Dracut.
At 11:54 a.m. a parking complaint came in from Fern Lane.
At 1:35 p.m. police took a report involving identity fraud.
At 3:31 p.m. police and rescue personnel responded to a medical aid call from a bus on the 128 Rotary involving a woman who had become unconscious. She was transported to a local hospital.
At 8:53 p.m. a vandalism report came in from Wymon Way.
On Tuesday, January 15th at 7:13 a.m. a motor vehicle break-in was reported on Daventry Court.
At 7:32 a.m. a fuel leak in the roadway was reported near Walnut and Salem streets.
At 8:14 a.m. a Huntingdon Road resident reported that his car had been stolen from in front of his home.
At 9:16 a.m. an erratic operator was reported on Salem Street. The driver reportedly pulled into a Salem Street residence and an officer spoke with is parents.
At 11:17 a.m.a suspicious auto was reported on Melch Road. It turned out to be a contractor waiting for an appointment.
At 1:43 p.m. a motor vehicle break-in was reported on Spearfields Lane.
At 2:19 p.m. a suspicious man was reported looking into a mailbox on Melody Lane and then walking into a yard. He turned out to be a resident who said he was trying to learn a neighbor’s name so he could contact him.
