Resident Hears 'Quiet Voices' Near Bushes

On Friday, Feb. 10, at 1:48 a.m., police took a report from the Herb Chambers dealership on North Broadway regarding items taken from a vehicle.
At 1:54 p.m., a resident reported finding a pocketbook in the woods near Williams Road.
At 5:07 p.m., Lynnfield and State Police investigated a hit and run accident on Salem Street.
At 7:42 p.m., police took a call regarding a custody matter.
At 8:12 p.m., a caller reported that a group of youths had come to the door looking for her son and saying they had a problem with him.

On Saturday, Feb. 11, at 11:58 a.m., police issued a summons to a 28-year-old Lynnfield woman for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving with a revoked registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

At 7:21 p.m., a Chestnut Street resident reported that a teen in a black hooded sweatshirt ran across her yard.
At 8:39 p.m., a Gerry Road resident reported that two boys had been banging on her window and ended up breaking a screen.
At 9:43 p.m., police assisted a town resident with a wheelchair problem.
At 10:09 p.m., a resident reported hearing quiet voices, possibly from the bushes outside. Police found all to be in order.

On Sunday, Feb. 12, at 1:07 a.m., a caller reported that the burglar alarm was going off and that she had locked herself in the bathroom. Police found the alarm to have been accidental, possibly triggered by weather conditions.
At 11:07 a.m., a Main Street resident reported that someone had defecated on the doorstep the night before.
At 4:07 p.m., a motor vehicle accident occurred on Route 128 South between exists 41 and 40.
At 11:16 p.m., police arrested Scott Covey, 41, of 152 Main Street, Lynnfield, for domestic assault.
