Reckless Endangerment Charge Follows OUI Arrest

On Monday, April 2, at 8:26 a.m., police took a vandalism report from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
At 1:53 p.m. an officer secured the door of a home on Perkins Lane where the alarm was going off.
At 2:26 p.m., police and fire personnel responded to after a student fell and hit her head.

On Tuesday, April 3, at 1:29 a.m., Lynnfield and State Police responded to an accident scene on Route 1 South near the . From there, State Police arrested Keith Wescott, 42, of Lynnfield for OUI and other charges. After the accident, police were informed that the man's two-year-old son was home alone sleeping at the time. Lynnfield Police went to the home and located the child and informed the state division of children and family. The youngster was placed into the custody of a family member who lives nearby. Along with the state charges, Lynnfield Police issued a summons for reckless endangerment of a child.

At 5:57 a.m., a deer was reported struck by a car on Lowell Street.
At 6:09 a.m., another deer was reported struck by a car, this time near Kimberly Terrace.
At 6:49 a.m., wires were reported down on Main Street.
At 3:59 p.m., some youths were reported to be skateboarding at the Center Court parking lot.
At 4:50 p.m., Police took a call from reporting that a drunk patron was insisting on driving home in his Cadillac. Police arrived at the scene and informed Peabody as well, but the driver was not found.
At 6:30 p.m., police assisted with a disabled auto on Yorkshire Drive.
At 10:14 p.m., a domestic disturbance was reported on Lowell Street.
