Reckless Driver, Hit and Run Reported Over Weekend

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Friday, February 15th and Sunday, February 17th.
On Friday, February 15th at 4:33 a.m. an officer provided a lift assist to a town resident after a fall.
At 1:36 p.m. a plow was reported left on Grey Lane since last week's storm.
At 11:05 p.m. a person was reported sleeping behind a building at Lynnfield Commons. The individual was brought to a local hospital.
On Saturday, February 16th at 12:22 a.m. a Summer Street resident said that she thought she heard somebody outside. An area search was negative.
At 12:33 a.m.a hit and run was reported in the Bali Hai parking lot.
At 8:22 a.m. a dog was reportedly running in traffic on Walnut Street.
On Sunday, February 17th at 5:40 a.m. a woman reported that a speeding car had almost just struck her on Friar's Lane.
At 10:49 a.m. an accident with no injury was reported near Chestnut Street.
At 11:52 p.m. a domestic disturbance was reported.
At 11:13 p.m. an employee at the Christmas Tree Shop reported the smell of smoke and a fire alarm. The fire department investigated.
