Posssible Drug Deal Spotted Behind Library

Information provided by the Lynnfield Police. Where arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Wednesday, November 14th and Sunday, November 18th.

On Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 11 a.m., police took a walk-in fraud report.
At 11:53 a.m., a disturbance was reported at Center Court.
At 2:19 p.m., police took a report involving possible email fraud.
At 6:09 p.m., a break-in was reported on Lowell Street.

On Thursday, Nov. 15 at 7:07 a.m., police spoke with a motorist who reportedly passed a school bus and some other motorists on Main Street.
At 8:34 a.m., a suspicious auto was reported on Fernway.
At 2:58 p.m., a Willowby Way resident reported that two men appared to be trying to break into her home. They turned out to be electical utility workers changing meters.

On Friday, Nov. 16 at 12:25 a.m., a smoking vehicle was reported at Exit 42 on Route 128. The fire department responded.
At 2:24 a.m., a Salem Street resident reported that a motorist had damaged w all on his property and driven off.
At 4:20 p.m., a caller reported seeing a man in a black motor vehicle exchange something with a group of youths behind the library. They reportedly walked away and the man drove away.
At 4:53 p.m., an accident was reported on Salem Street with no injury.
At 11:31 p.m., police took a loud music complaint on North Broadway.

On Saturday, Nov. 17 at 1:22 a.m., a Todd Lane resident reported someone had rung the bell and pounded on the door.
At 1:30 p.m., a minor accident was reported near Pillings Pond Road.
At 8:28 p.m., a woman reported that she was being followed by another motorist near Goodwin's Rotary. It turned out the other driver thought their vehicles had come into minor contact.
At 11:21 p.m., a loud music complaint came in from Williams Road.

On Sunday, Nov. 18 at 12:12 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Elizabeth Way.
At 3 a.m., an unwanted individual was reported on Lakeview Drive.
At 8:51 a.m., a woman reported that her purse had possibly been stolen from her car. It was later reported found at an area Market Basket.
At 9 a.m. an accident was reported on Salem Street that resulted in two individuals being transported to an area hospital with non-serious injuries. Soon after, police arrested Michael F. Doto, 31, 14 Charing Cross, Lynnfield, for OUI drugs, a marked lanes violation, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
At 9:10 p.m., smoke was reported in an area near Summer Street. The fire department responded.
