Police Log: Handful Of Vehicle Break-Ins Last Weekend

At least four vehicles, at least one unlocked, entered last weekend.

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service the week of April 4-11, 2011:

 On Monday, April 4 at 12:15 a.m., police received a misdialed 911 call.
At 8:50 a.m., there was a burglar alarm on Stafford Road.
At 1:04 p.m., there was a report of an unwanted party on Railroad Avenue.
At 9:57 p.m., police assisted with a disabled auto at Salem and Walnut streets.
Police performed various building checks and selective traffic enforcement actions throughout the week.

On Tuesday, April 5 at 4:09 a.m., police assisted with a disabled auto on Walnut Street.
At 6:23 a.m., a Merrow Road resident requested an officer, thinking that someone might have been in the house.
At 7:44 a.m., there was a report of wires down on Main Street.
At 11:47 a.m., police issued a summons to John Bosse, 31, of Peabody for shoplifting by asportation, 2nd offense.
At 1:27 p.m., police and fire units assisted an elderly man who had fallen outside The Savings Bank.
At 3:34 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Salem Street.
At 7:51 p.m., there was a fireworks complaint from Lil's Way.
At 10:25 p.m., a suspicious person was reported on Chestnut Street. Police did not find anyone.

On Wednesday, April 6 at 5:10 a.m., an East Huckleberry Road resident requested an officer, stating that someone had been banging on the house.
At 10:01 a.m., police received a walk-in larceny report.
At 11:18 a.m., A Thomas Road resident reported a suspicious vehicle with three men inside. The caller stated that one of the men had gotten out of the vehicle and walked towards his house.
5:41 p.m., there was a report of a grass fire on 128 North near Walnut Street.
At 6:30 p.m., police took a walk-in report involving lost property. An individual reported that they may have left their wallet on their car while driving away from the Middle School.

On Thursday, April 7 at 7:41 a.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Condon Circle.
At 8:25 a.m., there was also a motor vehicle accident on Condon Cirlce.
At 10:01 a.m., a caller reported that a man was standing on the ramp from 128 South to Main Street.
At 1:54 p.m., a Grey Lane resident reported a threatening phone call.
At 2:06 p.m., a Heritage Lane resident stated that two men were going door to door. They turned out to be Jehovah's Witnesses.
At 2:20 p.m., there was a burglar alarm on Walnut Street.
At 6:05 p.m., police investigated a report of a vehicle hit and run at Boston Sports Club.
At 7 p.m., police took a walk-in report involving larceny.
At 9:30 p.m., a caller reported a speeding and erratically operating vehicle on Summer Street.

On Friday, April 8 at 12:50 a.m., a caller reported her bank accounts had been fraudulently accessed.
At 7:05 a.m., police issued a summons to Francisco Miranda, 29, of Lynn for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Police also issued a summons to Deonidos Felix, 31, of Lynn for allowing an unlicensed motor vehicle operator.
At 12:10 p.m., a Thomas Road resident called about a vehicle that was parked on the sidewalk.
At 12:26 p.m., a Lookout Terrace resident reported a vehicle that had been parked on the street for about three weeks. Police determined it belonged to a local resident and was legally parked.
At 1 p.m., an individual called from Center Court saying she had read on the Internet that there would be a fight in that area at 2:30 p.m.
At 2:17 p.m., police notified the state highway department of wheelbarrow in the middle lane at Route 1 South.
At 3:03 p.m., a Chestnut Street resident reported a break-in.
At 5:20 p.m., police arrested Philip Guerrier, 26, of Lynn, on an out of town warrant.
At 5:45 p.m., police dispersed a gathering of youths from Post Office Square.
At 11:11 p.m., a caller reported a black Camaro operating erratically near Summer Street.

On Saturday, April 9 at 12:06 p.m., police arrested Alejo Gomez, 29 of Lynn, after a motor vehicle accident, on an out of town warrant.
At 12:49 p.m., a woman called about repeated calls from Jamaica claiming she had won a contest.
At 1:28 p.m., a Maple Street resident reported water coming up from the street.
At 3:19 p.m., the Lynnfield Exxon called about a woman on the premises who had been told to leave.
At 5:35 p.m., a Locksley Road resident reported people were fishing on his property.
At 6:23 p.m., police dispersed a gathering behind the Center Court stores.
At 8:06 p.m., police dispersed another gathering from behind the Center Court stores.

On Sunday, April 10 at 9:30 a.m., there was a burglar alarm on Cortland Lane. The building was found secure.
At 9:58 a.m., a vehicle break-in was reported on Strout Ave.
At 10:11 a.m., another vehicle break-in was reported on Strout Ave.
At 12:29 p.m., a vehicle break-in was reported on Wing Road.
At 3:01 p.m., a vehicle break in was reported on Wing road.
At 5:09 p.m., a suspicious individual was reported going door to door near Village Row. He turned out to be from a paving company.
At 5:23 p.m., a Carter Road resident reported a group of youths heading into the woods. Police did not find anyone.
At 6:30 p.m., police cleared a group of youths from Center Court.
At 8:34 p.m., after a neighbor complaint, police issued a summons to Anna Perrino-Costa of Lynnfield for keeping a noisy and disorderly house. The police report noted that this had come in light of some 40 calls about the house over the past five years leading up to that night's incident.
