Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Friday, August 17 and Sunday, August 19:
On Friday, August 17 at 3:40 a.m., a Highland Ave. resident reported that somebody had banged on his door for the second time that night.
At 7:48 a.m., police provided a lift assist to a town resident.
At 10:26 a.m., a Hart Road resident reported a stolen political sign.
At 5:24 p.m., a break-in was reported on North Broadway.
At 7:25 p.m., a passer-by reported that a door at the Tisei campaign headquarters was open.
On Saturday, August 18 at 8:05 a.m., a limb was reported burning on a wire on Olde Towne Road.
At 11:20 a.m., police took a walk-in fraud report.
At 2:48 p.m., a Chestnut Street resident reported that some people were in the side yard looking at his car, which was not for sale. They were gone on arrival.
At 6:01 p.m., police took an assault reported from Newhall Park.
At 9:23 p.m., police dispersed a group of youths from Apple Hill Lane who were reportedly yelling and swearing.
On Sunday, August 19 at 6:20 a.m., a caller reported that a traffic barricade on Locksley Road was spray painted with some bottles and other debris dumped around it.
At 4:03 p.m., a large pine tree reportedly fell on a house on Country Club Drive.
At 8 p.m., some youths were reported in the woods behind the senior center. They were gone on arrival.
At 8:49 p.m., police dispersed a noisy group of youths from the Center Court stores.
