Patron Allegedly Bails on Bali Hai Bill

On Saturday, Aug. 25 at 12:10 a.m., a manager at  on Moulton Drive reported that a patron left on foot towards the park without paying. Officer checked area and could find the person, who gone upon arrival.

Friday, Aug. 24

11:10 a.m. Caller reports three dogs running loose on Main Street and Essex. Animal control responding.

12:17 p.m. Alarm sounding on Archer Lane. Officer found rear screen door open, checked interior and found all in order, secured door, alarm still sounding.

1:28 p.m. Caller reports some type of spill on Route 1 North in front of . Notified MassHighway and State Police, accident handled by State Police.

6:10 p.m. Suspicious vehicle reported from Summer Street. Caller said occupants of white Ford pickup truck with New York plates stopped at his house and asked for any construction work. They left and went down Summer Street towards south Lynnfield.

7:46 p.m. Report of person riding scooter up and down Lynnbrook Road without a muffler on it. Officer spoke with scooter driver’s parents.

9:49 p.m. Report of fireworks in area of Jordan Park. Officer reports all quiet.

10:01 p.m. Traffic stop on Summer Street at Walnut Street. A 29-year-old Lynn man was issued a summons on charges of allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker.

11:22 p.m. Caller reports kids playing basketball at . Officer sent kids on their way.

Saturday, Aug. 25

2:21 a.m. Traffic stop on Rossmore Road. Arismendy Ramos, 20, 571 Broadway, Lynnfield, was arrested on charges of OUI liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

6:11 p.m. Kids causing disturbance in Center Court parking lot according to caller. Officer dispersed kids.

6:43 p.m. Report of fishermen at end of Lakewood Road had been there since 5 a.m. and drinking all day. Officer stood by while fishermen were picked up by a friend.

8:56 p.m. Complaint of repeat speeder on Locksley Road. Officer checked area, unable to locate any speeding vehicles.

9:21 p.m. Report of party at Fernway home while parents away. Officer broke up party, all are leaving.

10:51 p.m. Caller reports that vehicle owner at appears intoxicated and has passed out in his vehicle. Officer reports that vehicle owner was waiting at his vehicle for a friend to come and pick him up, restaurant management already had his keys. Officer stood by and waited with vehicle owner for his ride, who picked him up and took custody of his keys.

Sunday, Aug. 26

2:25 a.m. Assist Peabody Police with motor vehicle stop on Route 1 North just after the tunnel.

7:02 p.m. Caller reports group of kids hanging around at Center Court. Officer cleared four kids form the area.

9:42 p.m. Loud group of kids clearing out from Center Court.
