One Arrest and Several Accidents Reported Over Weekend

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Wednesday, March 6th and Sunday, March 10th.
On Wednesday, March 6th at 1:07 a.m. an officer assisted a motorist with a flat tire on North Broadway.
At 2:47 p.m. police were informed that some juveniles were making inappropriate gestures to other juveniles riding in a school bus from North Reading near Lowell Street and Murphy Way. An officer spoke with them and their parents.
At 9:41 p.m. two bags of trash were reported near the ballfield at Newhall Park.
At 9:55 p.m. an officer issued a warning for speeding on Locust Street.
On Thursday, March 7th at 3:52 a.m. an erratic operator was reported near Condon Circle. The vehicle was not located.
At 10:24 p.m. a minor accident was reported on South Broadway.
On Friday, March 8th at 1:04 a.m., police responded to a burglar alarm at Lynnfield House of Pizza. The back door was apparently blown open by wind.
At 9:25 a.m. an accident with no injury was reported near North Hill Drive and Locust Street.
At 11:21 a.m. an accident was reported on Route 1 North near Salem Street. The motorists were gone on arrival.
At 2:28 p.m. a Canterbury Road resident was reportedly arguing with a plow driver. Peace was restored.
At 8:45 p.m. a large hole was reported on Grey Lane.
On Saturday, March 9th at 12:22 p.m., a family dispute was reported on Timberhill Lane.
At 7:04 p.m. an officer helped an elderly motorist find their way back to Route 1 from Bay State Road.
At 9:30 p.m. an officer assisted a Ross Road resident with a fallen door.
On Sunday, March 10th at 1:30 a.m. a domestic incident was reported on Canterbury Road. Police arrested Bronny Villar, 42, 5 Canterbury Road, Lynnfield, and charged him with assault and battery - domestic.
At 11:13 a.m. an accident was reported in the parking lot of Donovan's Liquors. State Police handled it.
At 1:23 p.m. a woman reported a dog had come after her and her dog near Pillings Pond Road.
