Friday, Aug. 2

At 12:48 p.m. police helped with a medical call at 1 Keniston Road.

At 4:19 p.m. police helped with a medical call at Sunrise Assisted Living, 55 Salem St.

At 6:06 police assisted State Police on a wreck on Route 1 north before the tunnel. A person was taken by ambulance to Salem Hospital.

At 10:52 p.m. police dispersed a gathering near the Senior Center where there were loud voices and music.

Saturday, Aug. 3

At 3:11 a.m. an officer on patrol found a vehicle that had been vandalized. It had been wrapped in tin foil with what appeared to be cake frosting spread on the hood and sides of the vehicle.

At 4:59 a.m. police aided with a man at 22 Fernway who was having chest pain. The man was taken by ambulance to Salem Hospital.

At 9:03 a.m. a 50-year-old worker at MarketStreet suffered a severe laceration on his left arm. The man was taken to Lahey Hospital.

At 8:59 p.m. police aided with the medical transport of a person from Sunrise Assisted Living, 55 Salem St.

At 9:31 p.m. police responded to a report of fireworks being set off at 109 Lowell St. The responding officer shut them down.

At 10:12 p.m. police aided with the medical transport of a 92-year-old woman from 11 Alexandra Road.

Sunday, Aug. 4

At 1:21 a.m. police helped with the medical transport of a 46-year-old from 965 Summer St.

At 2:06 a.m. police arrested Geront Neziri, 39, 130 Belgrade Ave., Apt. 1R, Roslindale and charged the person with operating under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop/yield.

At 11:54 a.m. police helped with the medical transport of a 50-year-old man who was unconscious and in cardiac arrest. The man was taken from the area of 385 Broadway to Union Hospital.

At 4:06 p.m. police helped with the medical transport of a person with a cut finger from 4 Greenmeadow Drive to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

Monday, Aug. 5

At 2:46 p.m. there was a fire alarm call at 719 Summer St. The Fire Department handled what turned out to be food burning on a stove.

Tuesday, Aug. 6

At 12:02 a.m. police helped with a medical call. A 42-year-old man with an elevated heart rate was taken to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

At 9:22 p.m. officers dispersed a group of young people who were making a disturbance in the parking lot at the Middle School.

At 7:10 a.m. there was a report of a car break-in at 342 Pillings Pond Road.

At 8:48 a.m. there was a report of a car break-in at 7 Wildewood Drive.

At 8:50 a.m. there was a report of a car break-in at 16 Edgemere Road

At 8:52 a.m. police assisted on the medical transport of a 63-year-old man for chest pains. He was taken from 8 Juniper Road to Union Hospital.

At 11:23 a.m. police received a report of a larceny at 25 Bishops Lane. Someone had broken into a vehicle there overnight.

At 9:36 p.m. police helped with an unresponsive man at 29 Homestead Road.

At 11:37 p.m. police responded to a report of fireworks in the area of Locksley Road.
