Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Wednesday, August 14 and Thursday, August 15. On Wednesday, August 14 at 2:53 a.m. a suspicious individual was reported with a flashlight on Yorkshire Drive. It turned out to be a couple of neighborhood residents. At 2:25 a.m. police issued a summons to a 16 year old male for being a junior operator between the hours of 12 and 5 a.m. without a parent. At 2:05 p.m. police took a fraud report from The Savings Bank. At 9:01 p.m. an open garage door was reported on Tappan Court. All was found in order. At 10:19 p.m. a Nottingham Road resident called to request help with a bat in the house. At 10:43 p.m. a group of youths were sent on their way from the senior center.
On Thursday, August 15 at 9:51 a.m. police took a complaint involving truck traffic on Walnut Street. At 12:47 p.m. an accident with no injury was reported at Salem and Walnut Street. At 2:58 p.m. a caller reported some youths were riding dirt bikes on Tophet Road. At 4:55 p.m. a caller reported a woman was letting children ride bicycles in the Center Court parking lot.
