Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service the week of January 31 – February 6:
On Monday, January 31 at 12:35 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on South Broadway.
At 1:03 p.m., a Wymon Road resident reported a shovel had been left under their garage door, possibly in an attempt to open it.
Throughout the day, police performed various building checks.
At 1:17 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Timberhill Lane.
At 5:08 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident at Salem and Walnut streets.
At 6:38 p.m., a burglar alarm activation occurred on Main Street. The building was deemed secure.
At 7:21 p.m., police responded to a report of an unwanted party on Salem Street.
At 8:42 p.m., police took a burglary report from a Locust Street resident.
On Tuesday, February 1 at 4:05 a.m., police assisted a resident who need a lift assistance.
At 8:33 a.m., police and fire units responded to a fire alarm activation.
Police performed various building checks during the day.
At 9:29 a.m., police assisted a motorist whose vehicle had spun out on Lowell Street.
At 10:13 a.m., a Berry Road resident reported their CO detector was going off.
At 1:53 p.m., police responded to a tractor trailer unit that was stuck on Walnut Street.
At 4:16 p.m., police took a fraud report from a local resident.
At 6:18 p.m., police responded to a disabled auto report on Salem Street.
At 7:25 p.m., there was a fire alarm activation on Grove Street.
On Wednesday, February 2 at 9:43 a.m., police responded to a report regarding an elderly man who had fallen out of bed.
At 10 a.m., police responded to an alarm activation on Rockwood Road.
At 10:13 a.m., police assisted with a medical aid transport.
Police performed various building checks during the day.
At 12:13 p.m., Lynnfield assisted state police with a motor vehicle accident in Wakefield.
At 1:23 p.m., an Island Road resident reported that a motorist had become stuck in his driveway and then damaged his lawn and gatepost when he tried to leave.
At 5:24 p.m., police took a report of an individual riding a snowmobile in the roadway on Olde Town Road. An area search was negative.
At 7:32 p.m., police took a walk-in report involving a vehicle break-in at Boston Sports Club.
At 8:15 p.m., police took a report involving a possible restraining order violation.
At 9:31 p.m., a suspicious person was reported on Summer Street.
At 9:51 p.m., police took a second report involving a vehicle break-in at Boston Sports Club.
At 10:19 p.m., a Walnut Street resident reported a vehicle with out-of-state plates had pulled into a neighbor's driveway, and when questioned, asked where the nearest Shaw's was and appeared to be acting strange and evasive. An area search was negative.
At 11:45 p.m., police assisted with a medical aid transport.
On Thursday, February 3 at 8:35 a.m., police responded to a CO alarm activation on Walnut Street.
Police performed various building checks during the day.
At 8:52 a.m., a Maywood Road resident reported a vehicle had been broken into.
At 9:46 a.m., an Elmwood Road resident reported a vehicle had been broken into.
At 3:21 p.m., police took a walk-in report involving threats.
At 3:52 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Salem Street.
At 4:08 p.m., police took a report of a vehicle break-in on Elmwood Road.
At 5 p.m., police took a report from Mansfield Road resident whose car was stuck in the snow.
At 7:40 p.m., police responded to an accidental 911 hangup.
On Friday, February 4 at 12:25 a.m., police responded to a domestic disturbance on Summer Street. They arrested Hamid Tabrizi, 50, for domestic assault and battery.
At 8:35 a.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Summer Street.
At 10:07 a.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Charing Cross. The house was deemed secure.
Police performed various building checks during the day.
At 12:57 p.m., police responded to a reported property dispute.
At 1:19 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident at Walnut and Salem Street.
At 1:22 p.m., police gave a verbal warning to a front-end loader operator lacking a registration plate.
At 1:41 p.m., a Spearfields Lane resident reported a parking violation.
At 1:56 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Elizabeth Way and found it was set off by cleaners.
At 2:21 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm on Midland Road that was set off by a resident's grandson.
At 3:09 p.m., a burglary/b+e was reported on Pine Street.
At 3:39 p.m., a Westway resident reported a parking violation. Police were unable to locate the vehicle in question.
At 3:57 p.m., police assisted a Main Street resident who was unable to open her door.
At 4:30 p.m., police took a walk-in report involving found property.
At 5 p.m., police took a walk-in report involving ID fraud.
On Saturday, February 5 at 6:58 a.m., police received a report of a disabled auto.
At 10:27 a.m., a Pine Hill Road resident called to report dangerously high snowbanks in the area.
At 12:20 p.m., police cited Hector Ramirez-Mayen, 19, of Lynn, for operating with a suspended registration and for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
At 2:09 p.m., police performed a well-being check.
At 3:45 p.m., police performed a well-being check.
At 5:44 p.m., police assisted a motorist whose car was stuck in a snowbank.
At 7:05 p.m., police assisted with a disabled auto on Hawkes Lane.
At 7:16 p.m.,a motor vehicle accident occurred on Wildewood Drive.
At 9:10 p.m., a suspicious auto was reported at Dunkin Donuts in Post Office Square.
At 9:11 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Wildewood Drive.
At 10:44 p.m., a caller on Evans Road reported a general disturbance. Police ended up assisting a motorist stuck on the icy road.
At 10:53 p.m. police assisted with a disabled vehicle on Juniper Road.
On Sunday, February 6 at 12:52 p.m., police assisted with a disabled auto on Lowell Street.
At 3:15 a.m., there was a burglar alarm activation at Huckleberry Hill School.
At 9:51 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle complaint at Lynnfield High School.
At 12:44 p.m., police assisted with a medical aid transport.
At 12:45 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle blocking the road at Willowdale Drive. An area search was negative.
At 4:15 p.m., police aided with a medical aid assist.
At 6:56 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Willoughby Way.
