Hit And Run Reported In Church Parking Lot, Items Stolen In Burglary

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Friday, January 25th and Sunday, January 27th, 2013.
On Friday, January 25th at 1:31 p.m. a minor accident was reported on Chestnut Street.
At 3:52 p.m. an unwanted party was reported on Summer Street.
At 9:43 p.m. a Saunders Road resident called about a barking dog.

On Saturday, January 26th at 1:12 a.m. the odor of natural gas was reported between the Lynnfield tunnel and the Holiday Inn Peabody. The Fire Department and National Grid responded.
At 2:22 a.m. Lynnfield assisted State Police with an arrest and a tow on Route 1 North.
At 3:37 a.m. a disabled vehicle was reported near Bay State Road.
At 4:08 p.m. a break-in was reported on Fairview Ave. Items stolen were reportedly a laptop, a couple of items of jewelry,  smart phone, and a jar with about $50 in change.
At 6:36 p.m. a suspicious van was reported on Munroe Street. It turned out to be a heating/cooling contractor.
At 9:13 p.m. a suspicious car was reported on Salem Street.
At 10:02 p.m. police arrested William R. Mills, Jr., 2 Grover Street, Malden, on an out of town warrant and for operating on a suspended license, subsequent offense.
At 11:28 p.m. three suspicious vehicles were reported parked in front of a home on Munroe Street. They were gone on arrival.

On Sunday, January 27th at 2:57 a.m. a car on Forest Hill reportedly grazed a pole, losing a tire and smashing a headlight.
At 7:11 a.m. a Main Street resident reported that somebody drove on his property earlier and took down a fence.
At 7:13 a.m. a car reportedly hit another car in the Calvary Christian Church parking lot and then drove off.
