Erratic Driver, Man Stealing Firewood Reported Over Weekend

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Thursday, January 2 and Sunday, January 5, 2014.
At 12:51 p.m. on Thursday, January 2, the fire department responded to Center Court Grill for smoke in the building.
At 4:38 p.m. an accident was reported on Condon Circle.
On Friday, January 3 at 8:56 a.m. police took a report about an oil burner truck in the roadway near Pillings Pond.
At 12:50 p.m. police responded to a verbal dispute on Willowby Way.
At 5:30 p.m. State Police responded to Route 1 to check on a man in a Lexus who had reportedly placed two children with him onto a snowbank.
On Saturday, January 4 at 1:35 p.m. Lynnfield informed Wakefield Police of an erratic operator on Main Street who went on to be involved in a hit and run accident in that town.
At 7:26 p.m. a caller reported somebody stealing firewood on Oakridge Terrace. The person was gone on arrival.
On Sunday, January 5 at 1:34 p.m. the fire department responded to Trickett Road for a report of broken pipes, a flooded basement, and the smell of smoke in a house.
At 5:49 p.m. police were informed that a vehicle had spun out on Pillings Pond Road.
