Deal Will Bring Police Motorcycle To Town

Lynnfield Police, Kelly Automotive Group announce partnership that will help meet some department needs.

The following is an announcement from Lynnfield Police Chief David Breen:

Chief David Breen is pleased to announce a partnership between The Lynnfield Police Department and Kelly Automotive Group. Brian Kelly, President and CEO of Kelly Automotive Group, recently met with Chief Breen to discuss the needs of the department. After the discussion, Brian Kelly offered to run a promotional sale of cars to Lynnfield residents that would fully fund the use of a police motorcycle for one year. This will be used for traffic enforcement, school functions, parades, funerals, etc.

Mr. Kelly also offered to sit down next year and discuss possible financing issues again. With the current budget constraints facing all municipalities, police departments need to be creative in finding other sources to increase services without burdening taxpayers. Chief Breen wishes to extend his gratitude to Brian Kelly for his assistance and encourages other businesses that wish to discuss partnerships to contact him. Thank you.
