Couple of Additional Charges In Wednesday Arrest

Information provided by Lynnfield Police. Where arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Wednesday, October 30 and Thursday, October 31.
On Wednesday, October 30 at 6:37 a.m. a caller on Carol Ann Road reported that a man was breaking into his car. Further investigation revealed that other nearby properties had also allegedly been targeted. Police arrested Charles Giardina, 30, 52 White Street, East Boston, and charged him with two counts of breaking and entering a vehicle/boat in the daytime for felony, and breaking and entering a building in the daytime for felony. Since Tuesday's report on Lynnfield Patch, the suspect is also reportedly facing these charges: Possession of a burglarious instrument, arrestee furnishing a false name or Social Security number, and an out of town warrant.
At 8:23 a.m. a caller on Mitchell Road reported a vehicle break-in.
At 1:07 p.m. police took a report involving phone calls received.
At 6:34 p.m. a woman called to report a problem with her ex-husband.
At 6:41 p.m. a caller reported a young child running up Main Street near Priscilla Lane.
At 9:52 p.m. a caller reported spotting a white blanket on the Condon Circle rotary with something possibly rolled up inside it. It was gone on arrival.

On Thursday, October 31 at 1:30 p.m. police took a report of a check fraud that turned out to have happened in Wareham. The matter was referred to police in that town.
At 2 p.m. police took a report of a possible break-in on Chatham Way. Investigation found that the wind likely blew open the door.
At 7:06 p.m. a speeding white Mercedes was reported near Wildewood Road. It was gone on arrival.
At 8:05 p.m. a seven year old came home and reported finding the parents not at home. They were located soon after.
At 8:06 p.m. an individual with a large Halloween display was reportedly chasing people down the street near Dunstan Road. Police spoke with him.
At 9:55 p.m. some youths were throwing toilet paper into trees on Cortland Lane. They were gone on arrival.
