Car Hit By Paint Ball, And A Suspicious Hitchhiker

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Wednesday, November 20 and Sunday, November 24. 

On Wednesday, November 20 at 11:20 a.m. a caller reported an oil truck appeared to have its line in the retaining pond on Walnut Street. It checked out OK. 
At 11:08 a.m. a suspicious vehicle was reported on Juniper Road. It checked out OK. 
At 3:30 p.m. a caller reported some youths were fighting or wrestling behind the Center Court shops. 
At 6:02 p.m. a caller reported their vehicle was struck by a paint ball on Smith Farm Trail. Peabody Police were also notified. 
At 9:06 p.m. a caller reported that a suspicious individual took a picture of a home on Durham Drive. 

On Thursday, November 21 at 5:23 a.m. a suspicious vehicle was reported on Pine Street. It was gone on arrival. 
At 6:16 a.m. a vehicle was reported on the sidewalk on Keniston Lane. 
At 8:47 p.m. a suspicious vehicle was reported on Oakridge Terrace. It belonged to a nearby homeowner. 

On Friday, November 22 at 9 p.m. an erratic operator was reported on Main Street. The operator received a home to a neighboring town and the vehicle was towed. 

On Saturday, November 23 at 7:58 a.m. an erratic operator was reported on Summer Street. It was gone on arrival. 
At 12:02 p.m. a Brook Drive resident reported a man who had just been hitchhiking on Route 1 was knocking at the door and had then proceeded to try to flag down cars. He was gone on arrival. 
At 10:50 p.m. a motor vehicle break-in was reported at the Christmas Tree Shop. 

On Sunday, November 24 at 2:19 a.m. an accident with no injury was reported at MarketStreet. 
At 2:28 p.m. some construction barrels were removed from the road way at the Exit 41 ramp.
