Sarah Cuff, 21, and Derek DiGiovanni, 23, both of 3 Fall Way, were charged after police executed a search warrant a their residence.
According to an announcement from Lynnfield Police, officers
initially responded to a 911 call on Friday, September 13 reporting a domestic
violence incident the Fall Way residence. Upon arrival, police found the female
party alone at the residence while the male party had left. During a brief
investigation into the domestic violence incident, officers reported finding
evidence of narcotics use in plain sight.
Soon after, police reportedly executed the search warrant and seized a bag containing 400 Oxycontin 80 mg tablets, with an estimated street value of $48,000. Scales and drug paraphernalia were also reportedly seized.
The warrant was executed with assistance from the Peabody Police Department, the Drug Enforcement Agency, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
