Summer Home & Garden Tour - This Weekend

The charming residential golf community of Turner Hill, located at 3 Manor House Lane in Ipswich, welcomes all to a solstice celebration at their Summer Home & Garden Tour being held July 12 -20, 2014. Experience Turner Hill's unique history and carefree lifestyle through a series of sunny afternoons dedicated to New England perennial gardens, designer model homes and the surrounding natural wonders of Ipswich.
As an ode to summertime, The Residences at Turner Hill invites guests and prospective homeowners for tours of the exclusive property on over 300 acres that was the former Great Estates home of Charles and Ann Rice. Open daily from 11:00am to 4:00pm, guests will enjoy fresh lemonade and treats as they stroll through the Village Gardens, tour two designer model homes as well as homes available for sale in The Village and The Hill. 
The Summer Home & Garden Tour offers visitors a unique perspective on Turner Hill living through a series of events on the remaining days:

Saturday, July 19th 2014 at 1:00pm
GARDEN: In celebration of the breathtaking landscape in full bloom, take a picturesque stroll through the New England perennials that fill The Village gardens. This event will focus on the landscape architecture and ecological planning of Turner Hill as a guide identifies and answers questions about the horticulture and its homage to the original Rice gardens.
Sunday, July 20th 2014 at 1:00pm
HISTORY: Over the course of 110 years, Turner Hill has evolved from the home of the Rice family to being a highly acclaimed golf and residential community. Take a step back in time through a guided tour of the historic grand Elizabethan mansion and century old gardens. Also learn some interesting facts about life on the Turner Hill estate.

Attendees may enter drawings to win a one-night stay at the historic Butler's House overlooking the golf course and dinner for two at the Mansion Club. Drawings will also be held throughout the tour for discounts at local garden centers.
