This Saturday: Get Your Dog Out And About!

Lynnfield Girl Scout troop is holding a dog show Saturday, 12-2 p.m. on Lynnfield Common, to have some fun and to help raise money for local animal shelters.

This Saturday, March 31 from 12 to 2 p.m., stop by the Lynnfield Common and check out the dog show organized by Girl Scout Troop 60186 in Lynnfield to help raise money for animal shelters.

Enter your dog in the show for just $5 - prizes donated by various local businesses will go to dogs winning categories that include best trick, most outspoken, wiggliest bum, and owner/dog lookalike. Dogs must be leashed and vaccinated and need to be checked in by 12:30 p.m. The raindate for the event is Saturday, April 7.

Also, owners can get their dogs' nails done by a veterinary technician for $10, and Mike Citro from Baystate K-9 will provide a police dog training demonstration.
